MIND Our mindset is to increase the focus and discipline in our lives 7 days a week. This is done by practicing and training with discipline and a sense of street readiness, giving 100% mental focus at all times.

BODY Our workouts are challenging and steady, which helps us to accomplish the goal of consistently being in good shape. This is achieved by integrating a balance of a cardio workout with flexibility for agility, and strengthening exercises for overall body toning and optimum performance.

SPIRIT Our spiritual way of thinking is fueled by believing in God and striving to be the best person possible. These goals are obtained by always trying to do the right thing.

There is much more to the Martial Arts than just physical skills. The student learns refinement of attitude and character, which is achieved through The Six "Selfs." In priority they are:

SELF DISCIPLINE
Striving to be the best in whatever you do. Refusing to say "can't" or losing sight of your goals and dreams. Having the spirit of a peaceful warrior. "Never say Die."

SELF RESPECT
Liking yourself in order to respect yourself as the individual that you are. To like oneself is to respect others for who they are.

SELF CONTROL
Maintaining a consistent and steady personality, venting your anger and frustrations calmly through your inner strengths. Thinking before acting, mind over body, conntrol over emotions.

SELF CONFIDENCE
Believing in oneself, trusting in what you have learned and protecting what you believe in.

SELF DEFENSE
The art of protecting yourself and others only when necessary. Having the right to react when put in pain or the threat of pain exists.

SELF AWARENESS
Becoming proficient in all of the previous "selfs" and using them when necessary, making them a part of your daily life. Having the ability to live in the moment, knowing who you are and what you are doing at all times.
